Sales Account Manager

ITS is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join its teams in Middlesbrough or Warrington.

Your Role... ITS will be to ensure that you provide a positive proactive experience to our customers, by understanding their needs and working with our engineering teams to define the best solution to solve their issues.

The work will need you to understand the customer’s business, processes and staff. You will need to understand each client’s most important needs and use your skills to understand how ITS can deliver customer success, by working closely with the customer and other ITS staff to determine the best solution.

Your communications skills will be excellent, ensuring clear and concise stakeholder communications with your ITS and customer team members.

You are a strong team player, an honest, curious, passionate, and innovative person with a desire to accomplish amazing amounts of important work, using your judgement to define the best solutions for the Project, the Customer and ITS. You will have an excellent track record in the sale of automation systems and/or solutions to the power and energy sectors.

Essential Skills

You'll have a proven successful track record in sales, and will be able to

  • Maintain and grow relationships with potential and current clients
  • Assess and evaluate customer requirements, defining approaches for new and existing clients
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective and existing customers
  • Closing deals and delivering your KPIs
  • Strong demonstrated face to face selling experience and remote working experience
  • The ability to develop long term relationships with clients
  • Have excellent verbal and face to face communication skills and be well presented
  • Have full driving licence
You’ll have at least 5 years of experience in managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering system solution sales to those customers.

Office Location

ITS’ North West office is located in the Birchwood area of Warrington and ITS’ North East office is in the Riverside Park area of Middlesbrough, with easy access.
