Industrial Technology Systems Ltd (ITS) started trading in 1991 so with a 21 year history you can see we are a stable company with a significant history to call upon. We are an Engineering company, owned and run by Engineers, with a strong long term development strategy and a proven track record in good business acumen. A significant number of our people have been with ITS for 10 or more years and that is fairly unusual for our industry.
Over 80% of our business is repeat business, or referred business from customers we’ve worked with previously who like what we do and the way we deliver.
Our Managing Director takes the same view on staff as we do with customers – “when we find a good staff member, we’ll invest as much effort in developing them as we do in developing our customers”. Our people have come to ITS Ltd from a range of disciplines but with our on-going training investment, we aim to keep the best engineers. That doesn’t mean doing the same things day after day though, we will continually stretch and train you to do more, we will support your desire to develop and we will constantly assess and give feedback on your development.
